Ordained for the Diocese of Albany. Transferred to the Archdiocese of Anchorage in 1969, where he remained until his death in 11/2020. Accused in a 5/2021 lawsuit, along with Fr. Francis Murphy, of sexually abusing a minor in the mid-1980s. Said to have settled. Had been identified in on the Archdiocese's list in 1/2020 of credibly accused of "sexual misconduct involving a vulnerable adult on or about 1986."

From France. Two or more pending claims against Astruc shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. Per the Jesuits West Province 12/7/2018 list, Astruc sexually abused teenage girls over three decades in remote Native schools and orphanages where he worked. He died 6/28/2002. On the Anchorage archdiocese's list 1/16/2020. It notes sexual misconduct with a minor in 1976 and vulnerable adult, and that he lived at the Jesuit residence in Anchorage 1971-1996.

Native of France, became U.S. citizen in 1926. Spent three decades in Nulato AK mission, with shorter stints at Copper Valley School in Glenallen, then in St. Mary's, Kodiak and Ketchikan. Died in 1968. Baud's name is on the Fairbanks diocese's list of "admitted, proven or credibly accused perpetrators of sexual abuse," with one known complaint against him.

Described as Eskimo Elder and Deacon per 3/03 Alaskan Shepherd, a newsletter from the Fairbanks diocese. Two or more pending claims against Beans shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for Fairbanks diocese 1/25/10. The diocese's list in 11/20 notes one report of abuse by Beans, and that he died in 2009.

Made vows as Jesuit brother in 1943. Assigned in Alaska 1946-1989. Died in Spokane WA 4/24/1991. Two or more pending claims against Benish are shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks Diocese 1/25/2010. On the Jesuit West Province's list 12/7/2018. It notes allegations in 2008 of abuse in 1954 and 1961-1962. Worked at St. Mary's Mission in Akulurak, AK during the time of the alleged abuse.

Ordained in France. Worked in AK 1942-1978. Returned to France in 1979. Multiple allegations, spanning most of the length of his career. Died 7/28/1995. In 2003 8 men filed suit alleging abuse from 1955 to about 1977. Most settled claims against the order; claims against the diocese were pending in 2003. Two settled completely and other plaintiffs joined the case. Total of 16-18 plaintiffs made accusations. The AK Supreme Court ruled in 8/2006 that case could proceed. Claims included in a 11/2007 settlement with the Jesuits. Another 19 claims settled in 3/2011 as part of aJesuit settlement. Included on the Jesuit West Province list 12/7/2018. From Alaska, where he spent his priesthood. Left the priesthood in 1979. Started a counseling program for native Alaskans and later worked for the housing authority in Anchorage. Returned to the Jesuits when he became terminally ill. Died 5/20/1988. One pending claim against Corrigal is shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. On the Jesuit West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes claims reported in 2009 of abuse in 1959 and 1968-1972.

Named among seven clerics by the Juneau diocese in 8/2019 as having allegations of sexual misconduct against them involving minors or vulnerable adults. Monsignor. Sexual misconduct with minors 1956-1964 alleged. Died 10/16/2000. Included on the Anchorage archdiocese's list 1/16/2020, where he was assigned 1966-2000.

Reportedly in 2005, De Domenico was accused of a "manipulative" relationship with a girl in Anchorage, with the crossing of sexual boundaries when she was age 15 in the mid-1970s, then kissing and fondling beginning when she was age 16 and continuing into adulthood. De Domenico was in the archdiocese 1976-1981. Archdiocesan officials knew in at least 1987. The Dominicans' Sexual Misconduct Committee recommended his return to ministry. In 2005 he was not in public ministry and was living at a Dominican seminary in Oakland, CA. He also worked in the Oakland diocese. Included on the Holy Name Province Dominicans list in 10/2021. Noted to be living a live of prayer and penance under supervision with a safety plan.

Worked in AK 1941-1983. Died 10/24/1983. Two men filed suit against diocese and Jesuits 9/2006 alleging abuse by Donohue 1967-1973 in Nulato, AK. Also named in some of 43 civil suits filed 1/2009 which alleged Jesuits knew of abuse over the years and did nothing. It notes claims of abuse 1971-1972 reported to the order in 2006 and 2009.

Spent most of his priesthood in AK. Died 11/15/2996. Accused in a 2005 lawsuit of sexually abusing a girl over a 3-year period, beginning in 1966 when she was age 9. Two men joined the suit in 2/2006. Endal was the supervisor of two other accused Jesuits, Lundowski and Smario, and did not act when he received complaints against them. Claims included in 11/2007 settlement with the Jesuits. In 1/2009 43 suits were filed against Jesuits; many named Endal as abuser. Two or more pending claims are in bankruptcy reorganization docs for the Fairbanks Diocese 1/25/2010. In 2/2012 the Fairbanks diocese noted 26 reports of abuse by Endal. On the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes allegations of abuse 1955-1960, 1964-1968, 1973-1976 and 1978-1982, reported in 2004, 2008 and 2009. 

From Hungary. Assigned to parish work in Canada for several years, spent 1966-1971 in Alaska, then back to Canada. Returned to Hungary in 1991. In 2008 returned to Canada, where he died 4/11/2020 at age 92. Accused in a 2006 lawsuit of abuse of a boy beginning in the late 1960s when the boy was age 4, in the village of Holy Cross in Alaska. Claims included in 11/2007 settlement with the Jesuits. One pending claim shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for Fairbanks Diocese 1/25/2010. On the Jesuit West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes a report in 2006 of alleged abuse of a minor 1967-1970.

Spent most of his priesthood in Alaska. Died 6/2/1990. Plaintiffs filed 43 suits in 1/2009 against Jesuits and former provincial alleging that the Order knew of abusive priests in Alaska and did nothing to stop them. One pending claim against Fox is shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. Worked in a Hooper Bay parish 1931-1946 and in a Pilot Station parish 1946-1965. Assigned to St. Mary's Mission under accused priest James Poole 1963-1964. Died 5/6/1983. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018, which notes claims in 2009 of abuse 1951-1955, 1956-1959 and 1963. Stationed during those years in Mountain Village (Pilot Station was one of its mission), Holy Cross Mission and St. Mary's.

Assigned to AK 1948-1980. Died 10/28/1991 at age 92 in Spokane, WA. Two or more pending claims against Greif are shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for Fairbanks Diocese 1/25/2010. Known to have worked with accused priests George Endal and James Poole. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes claims in 2009 of abuse 1950-1954, 1960, 1978 and 1981.

Spent priesthood in AK. Removed from parish in Bethel, AK in 2003 and sent for evaluation after a woman in her 60s said he made improper advances toward her weeks prior. Moved to the Jesuits' Regis Community in Spokane, WA. Named in a  settlement in 11/2007 between the Jesuits and 110 plaintiffs. In 1/2009, 43 plaintiffs in AK sued the order and Seattle University President Rev. S. Sundborg, alleging Sundborg knew about abuse by Hargreaves and others but took no action. Two or more pending claims are shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. Died 02/22/2013. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes claims in 2008 and 2009 of sexual abuse of a minor 1958-1964, 1965-1966, 1967-1969, 1974, 1985 and 1990-1992. Allegedly raped boys as young as age 5. The Fairbanks diocese's list of perpetrators in 2/2020 shows there were 10 victims.

Accused of raping two girls and fathering sons in in 1966 and 1975. One of the women and both adult children filed suit in 2005 against the Jesuits and Jacobson in an attempt to collect past child support. A 2006 suit claimed he also raped a 16-year-old girl in another village. Order knew in 1967 of "very serious moral charges" against him. Suits settled in 3/2007 for $1.96M. Inupiat Eskimo. In 9/2006 three women filed civil suit against the diocese and Jesuits claiming abuse by Jakes in the 1980s. He died 8/23/1999. Claims included in a settlement with the Jesuits in 11/2007; referred to as a volunteer. Two or more pending claims shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. They refer to him as a Brother. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes reports in 2006, 2008 and 2009 of abuse 1975-1976, 1978-1982 and 1987.

Suspended from assignment at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Fairbanks 5/23/2014 for "revelations of internet computer misconduct." Pleaded guilty 3/11/2015 to one count of attempted coercion and enticement of a minor after child porn and sexually explicit instant messages were found on Landry's computer. Paid a teenage boy in the Philippines to view live transmission of a minor engaging in sexual activity. Was a longtime schoolteacher in New Orleans LA; arrived in Fairbanks in 2009. Sentenced in 6/2015 to 10 years in prison, followed by lifetime of supervised release. The Fairbanks diocese's list in 11/2020 notes Landry to have been laicized. Released from prison 1/10/2023.

Accused in a 2005 lawsuit of molesting a 14-year-old Eskimo girl in 1980. Laudwein denied the accusations. He was working in the Archdiocese of Portland in a ministry for the poor when the lawsuit was filed. Placed on leave. Claims included in 11/07 settlement with Jesuits. One pending claim shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for Fairbanks Diocese 1/25/10. On the Anchorage archdiocese's list 1/16/20, noting sexual misconduct with vulnerable adults in 1989.

Named publicly as credibly accused by the Anchorage archdiocese on its list 1/16/2020. Worked in parishes in Homer, Soldotna, Kenai and Ninilchik. Allegedly viewed child pornography in 2015. Returned to the Oblates in 2016.

From Holland. Pastor in Hamilton before becoming assistant pastor in Tununak in 1956. Worked in Alaska at least from 1952-1960. Died 9/21/1960 when his boat was caught in off-shore storm after leaving Bethel to make a supply trip to Nelson Island. One pending claim against Linssen is shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. Included on the Jesuits West list 12/7/2018. It notes claims in 2008 of abuse in 1959.

From Spain. Spent 40 years working in remote Alaskan villages. Later worked in the Yakima diocese, then in the Boise City diocese. Died 1/26/1989.  Accused in a 12/2004 lawsuit of abuse 1956-1957 by one plaintiff. Another plaintiff was added to the suit in 8/2005. Claims included in a 11/07 settlement with the Jesuits. It notes reports in 2005, 2008 and 2009 of abuse 1962-1963, and the mid-1960s.

Accused in 2005 of abuse of three girls in about 1981. Placed on permanent leave when the Fairbanks diocese deemed the allegations credible. Civil suit filed by one of the accusers in 8/2005. Second accuser joined the suit in 10/2005. Two or more pending claims shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. On the Jesuits West list 12/7/2018 (name misspelled McCaffery). It notes reports in 2005, 2007 and 2008 of abuse 1978-1079, 1979-1981 and 1992-1996. Living in Colombiere Jesuit Community in Portland, OR when he died 5/7/1006. His status at the time of his death was "awaiting assignment," per the Jesuits West list. On the Jesuits Northeast Province list 1/15/1019. The Fairbanks list in 11/1020 shows nine reports of abuse.

Spent almost 40 years of his priesthood in Alaska. Died in Seattle WA 8/27/1983. Two or more pending claims against McIntyre are shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes claims in 2009 of abuse 1958-1959. Assigned 1954-1959 to St. Francis Xavier Mission in Kotzebue.

Known as "Fr. Barney." Worked in AK 1955-1978. Accused in 2006 suit of abusing a child 1967-1970 , ages 4-7. Suit claims he was transferred out of Alaska in 1978 after the Order learned he had abused a child. He was assigned to the mission church on an Indian reservation in Great Falls, MT 1978 until his death 1/6/1994. Claims included in 11/2007 settlement with Jesuits. One pending claim shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. On Great Falls-Billings list 8/21/2018. On Jesuits West list 12/7/2018. It notes the sex abuse of a minor in 1977, reported in 1978.

In 1995 three brothers alleged abuse by McMuldren in 1985 at a camp he ran for the Archdiocese of Anchorage. McMuldren denied the charges. Archbishop Hurley declared him innocent after an investigation. Transferred to Tyler TX Diocese in 1992. Worked on the Diocesan Pastoral Council and as Director of Guidance and Counseling during the 2003-2004 school year for Bishop T. K. Gorman Catholic School. As of 3/2008 he was activities director of Holy Cross Village at Notre Dame.

As part of Section 13.1, Non-Monetary Commitments, of the Society of Jesus, Oregon Province, Reorganization Plan (7/18/11) the Province agreed to post on its website the names of all members of the province who are identified as perpetrators of sexual abuse in proofs of claims filed in the bankruptcy case, and who have not denied the allegation. Gabriel Menager is included on this list. Worked in Alaska and Montana. Died 7/28/1966. On the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes claims in 2009 of sexual abuse of a minor, year unknown.

"Frank." Excardinated from Boston to Anchorage in 1964. Left Alaska in the mid-1980s for alcoholism treatment. At about the same time, there were reports of child sexual abuse involving at least 5 boys and pornography. Worked in Boston after treatment. Boston personnel file released in 2003 included a 1985 police report. Removed in 1995. Five plaintiffs received $1.4M from an Anchorage settlement in 8/2006. Retired to Cuba, NM in the Gallup diocese in 1997; not given faculties. Admitted to abusing boys. Included on the Boston archdiocese's list in 8/2011. Died in 2012. Included on the Gallup diocese's list of credibly accused. On the Anchorage archdiocese's list 1/16/2020, noting sexual misconduct with minors 1966-1979. Accused in a 5/2021 lawsuit, along with Fr. Stanley Allie, of abuse in the mid-1980s in AK. Said to have settled. 

In 11/2002 a man alleged abuse by Nash at ages 11-15 during 1979-1982. Other allegations arose during the review board's investigation. Nash denied all allegations. Personnel files revealed late Bishop Kenny expressed "concern" from a family in 1990. Diocese settled for $175,740 in 2004 with the man who came forward in 2002. Laicized in 2005. The Iowa Supreme Court ruled in 9/2007 that Nash be allowed to join the Iowa Bar. Admitted to the AK bar in 2008 and returned to AK to practice law in 2011. Married a woman in 2014. Nash died in a plane crash at age 68 on 7/11/2019.

Accused in a 12/2004 lawsuit of abusing a boy 1963-1964. Eight more plaintiffs, including one woman, added in 2005. Claims included in 11/2007 settlement with the Jesuits. No settlement with diocese. Accused of abuse of three in a 2009 civil suit against the order. Two or more pending claims shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. In 2/2012 the diocese's list showed 24 reports of abuse by Nawn. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018. It notes claims in 2005, 2006 and 2009 of abuse 1962-1963. 1964-1968, 1969-1971, 1973-1973, 1979-1981 and 1986-1088. Nawn died 10/01/1992. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General's Report, which notes at least 24 "reported survivors."

One pending claim against O'Conner is shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. Worked at Pilot Station 1931-1933 and Hooper Bay 1946-1953. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018, which notes claims reported in 2009 of abuse 1951-1955. O'Connor died 3/8/1979.

Suit filed against Ornowski and his Order in 5/2009 alleged that he abused a young girl in the village of Stebbins at least three times 1990-1994. Bishop removed him in 6/2009 after learning of the suit. Order recalled him for testing and evaluation. Had worked at St. Mark's University Parish and Catholic Center at the University of Alaska Fairbanks since 1997. Ornowski denied the allegations. Suit dismissed by court in 5/2010 after plaintiff withdrew her claims.

Named among seven clerics by the Diocese in 8/2019 as having allegations of sexual misconduct against them involving minors or vulnerable adults. Pastor of St. Gregory's in Sitka when alleged in 11/2010 to have viewed child abuse images. Suspended. Law enforcement informed. Sent to treatment. Returned to ministry. Placed on leave in 5/2019 after review by the diocese's Independent Commission.

Worked in AK 1953-72, in the Great Falls MT diocese 1972-74, spent a year in graduate school in Berkeley CA, then spent 1975-76 at a retreat house in the St. Paul-Minneapolis archdiocese. Name is included on updated Fairbanks diocese list of accused priests and religious with admitted, proven or credible accusations issued as part of bankruptcy procedure. One claim against him is shown. He left the priesthood in 1977 and married. He died 5/24/89.

Accused of abusing girls throughout career, beginning in 1948. Spent most of priesthood in AK. Files show Jesuits knew of issues as early as 1960. Removed from longtime job at KNOM radio station (which he founded) in 1988. Suit settled in 2005. Admission. Multiple other suits pending in 2006. Another filed in 2/2007 against the Jesuits for transferring Poole (with knowledge of his behavior) to Portland OR where he abused a girl in the 1960s. Settlements 11/2007, 2008, 3/2011 and 2/2014. Claims in the Fairbanks bankruptcy, noting 19 reports of abuse by Poole. Name included on the Seattle archdiocese's list 1/15/2016. Worked at Bellarmine Prep and St. Joseph's Hospital in Tacoma 1990-2003. Was retired to the Jesuits' Regis Community in Spokane in 2003. 'Permanent Prayer and Penance' status in 2016. Died 3/28/2018.  Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018.

Joined the Holy Cross Brothers in WI in 1960. Named among seven clerics by the Juneau diocese in 8/2019 as having allegations of sexual misconduct against them involving minors or vulnerable adults. Allegedly involved in sexual misconduct with a minor 1988-1993. Worked in AK as a Physician Assistant and was involved with a Skagway parish. Returned to his order in 1993. Worked as a Physician's Assistant and/or nurse also in Blanchard MI, South Bend IN, and Wilkes Barre PA.

Reknowned photographer and writer. Frequently visited AK to visit and take photos, not formally assigned there. Often quoted as a spokesman for the Oregon Province. Worked at Seattle U. 1983-90. Suit filed 8/08 alleges Reynolds abused two boys, ages 9 and 11, at Toksook Bay at some point. Placed on leave in 8/08, investigated by the Order. Review Board deemed the allegations not credible. In 2004 another Jesuit, Rev. Dave Reynolds, SJ, had alerted leadership to sexual wrongdoing by Reynolds with young men and boys in the AK village. Sent for a psych eval. Two or more pending claims shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for Fairbanks Diocese 1/25/10. Subsequently assigned to Gonzaga U. as Assistant Director of Campus Ministry. Requests made to Seattle Archbishop and Tacoma Bishop to remove his privileges. Quietly left Gonzaga at the end of the 2019 school year.

Worked as a teacher in Tacoma and Yakima, WA as well as in the Diocese of Fairbanks, AK. One pending claim against Saalfeld is shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for the Fairbanks diocese 1/25/2010. By 2/2016 the Fairbanks diocese's list noted there were two reports of abuse by Saalfeld. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/15/2018. It notes claims in 2009 of abuse 1974-1978. Assigned during that time to Our Lady of the Snows in Nulato, AK. Died 03/05/1978.

Added as a defendant in existing litigation in 10/07. Accused of abuse in Chevak, AK. Worked in rural Alaska for approximately 12 years. Claims included in 11/07 settlement with Jesuits. One pending claim shown in bankruptcy reorganization documents for Fairbanks Diocese 1/25/10. The list in 2/16 notes there were two reports of abuse by Wood. Died 03/11/97.
