Accused of propositioning a 15-year-old boy in a motel room in 1986. The boy told his parents; civil suit filed. Settlement of about $22K. Placed on leave in 1987. Laicized in 2008. Also worked in the Peoria, Springfield IL and Rochester dioceses. Included on the Davenport diocese’s list of credibly accused in 7/2008. On Peoria’s list by 1/2020. On the Springfield IL diocese’s list 9/23/2022. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report.
