    Member of the Brothers of Charity America District - Region of Our Lady of Charity. Accused in a 12/2019 lawsuit of sexually abusing a boy, ages 7-9, during 1978-1980. The boy was a student at St. Peter's in Pleasantville. Hicks' alleged victim came forward in at least 2003, when the diocese reportedly turned the claim over to prosecutors. Hicks is deceased.
