Dutch. Deceased. Assigned in the Carmelites’ U.S. Province 1963-1971. Accused in 2002 of abuse in the early 1960s of a Los Angeles boy, ages 3-5. Named in the 2004 Los Angeles Archdiocesan Report. Left the Archdiocese in 1970. Separated from the order in 1972. Named in a civil suit. At least one claim was included in a $10M settlement in 11/2006. Included on the Carmelites’ list of credibly accused in 11/2020.
