Personnel file released in 12/2002. Admitted abusing two boys in the late 1970s and admitted to a “relationship” with a 15-year-old boy. Removed in 1985 and sent for treatment. Several assignments after treatment. Placed on disability leave in 1998, told not to be around minors. Retired in 2001, possibly because he slapped a teenage girl and her father complained. Assigned to a life of prayer and penance in 2004. Included in 8/2011 on the archdiocese’s list.
