Placed on leave in 7/2002 due to an allegation of abuse of a minor while assigned to Our Lady of Perpetual Help in the Toledo diocese 1982-1984. Admitted the abuse, sent for therapy, reassigned to Holy Trinity in Bucyrus OH. Status in Toledo was Retired/Senior status in 1986. Moved to the Diocese of Tucson in 1986, where he was in active ministry. Permanently removed from public ministry in 2007. Included on the Tucson diocese’s list of credibly accused. Included on the Toledo diocese’s list. Died in 6/2018.
