One of several named in a 1995 lawsuit; settled. Accused in a 2004 civil suit in CA of abusing at least one student at Saint Anthony Seminary. New suit filed in 3/2011 in NV alleged abuse of a 7th-grade boy at St. Christopher Elementary School in North Las Vegas. Settled in 6/2012. Personnel file released by Order. Officially released from Order in 2004. Included on the Las Vegas diocese’s list 4/12/2019. On the Province’s list 5/31/2019, which notes reports 1993, 2004 and 2014 of abuse of minors 1982-1984. On the Oakland diocese’s list in 2019.
