Fr. Joseph Thibaudeau
On 12/31/2013 the diocese released its list of 17 clergy, including Thibaudeau, who had been credibly accused of the sexual abuse of young persons while serving in the diocese, and another five who had been accused while residing in the diocese at some time. Thibaudeau was assigned to St. Jean’s in Duluth from 6/1910 to sometime in 1943. He died in 1946 in Manitoba, Canada. An allegation made against him at some point after his death.
