Fr. H. Clinton Teacle
Monsignor. Former chancellor and superintendent of schools. Found murdered in a hotel room in Missouri in 1969; had invited two men to have lunch with him in the room. Was on leave since 3/1967 from the Diocese of Alexandria, studying at St. Louis University and teaching at a high school and at a convent. Named publicly as accused by the Diocese on its list 2/6/2019. Allegations to the Review Board in 2009 of abuse of male minors in the 1960s. Review of the file in 2019 by the Diocese showed further evidence of the abuse of male minors. Deemed credible.
