Longtime Director of Youth Ministry for the Diocese. Last indexed in the 2004 Official Catholic Directory (which reflects 2003-2004). Criminally charged in 3/2025, along with Christopher Crisona, of continually sexually abusing a child 1994-1995, when both worked at St. Thomas the Apostle School and Parish in Wilmington. Taggart reportedly resigned from active ministry in 2004 and moved to Georgia.
