Fr. James F.X. Pratt
Placed on leave in 2003 from his position at Vanderbilt University in TN after an allegation that he abused a Fairfield Prep in CT high school senior while on faculty there as a seminarian in the early 1980s. Worked 2005-2012 at the Jesuit Historical Institute in Rome. Included on the Jesuits Northeast Province list of credibly accused 1/15/2019. It notes allegations received in 2003 of abuse of minors in the 1980s. Last known to have been living at Loyola House in Boston, MA. Pratt died 9/5/2019. Included on the Diocese of Nashville’s list in 11/2018.
