Named publicly as credibly accused by the Seattle archdiocese on its list 3/31/2023. Pastor 1973-1983 of St. Ann’s in Tacoma. Died in 2012. Claims against Phelan of child sexual abuse at St. Ann’s in about 1978 were settled in 12/2022.
