Fr. Eduardo Perez Torrez
Full name Eduardo De Jesus Perez Torrez. From the Diocese of Palmira, Colombia. Worked in the Stockton diocese 1999-2014. Reportedly on 2/08/2018, the Modesto CA police received a report that Perez sexually abused a 15-year-old girl in 1999. Perez was assigned to St. Stanislaus in Modesto 12/1999-4/2004. From there worked at parishes in Oakdale, Stockton and Riverbank. The Diocesan Review Board was investigating. Torrez’s name was included on the Diocese of Stockton’s 11/12/2020 list of credibly accused which notes that he was removed from ministry in the diocese in 6/2014.
