Fr. Thomas G. Parker
In 2007 a man told the Diocese that he had been abused as a boy by Parker in 1988-1989 at St. Apollinaris parish in Napa. In 9/2007 Parker admitted to the abuse. His victim settled with the Diocese for $215K in late 2008. He was laicized 5/2008. Included on the Diocese’s 1/12/19 list of accused.
