Br. John Francis O’Brien
Sued 2005. Accused of abuse of plaintiff beginning in 1979 and lasting until 1982. At the time, plaintiff was a member of the Congregation of Christian Brothers. He also alleged abuse by at least two others in the order and sexual harassment and retaliation others in future assignments. NY Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit 10/09 on SOL as to claims against O’Brien.
