Br. Rudolph Stefan “Sebastian” Nocinski
Arrested in 7/2004, charged with felony possession of child pornography after a computer technician found a screen saver with pornographic images, including some child pornography. The technician alerted police, who found more than 2500 images at Nocinski’s residence. Had been with order for 35 years. Was not currently involved in public ministry. Received an 18 month prison term (suspended) and 5 years probation. Included on the Our Lady of Guadalupe Franciscans Province list of credibly accused as of 1/2024. Noted to have left the order in 2010. (Was a member of the Assumption Province.)
