From Vietnam. Ordained for the Diocese of Oslo, Norway. Assigned in Rome in 1989, then in San Bernardino, CA 1992-1993. Resigned as a pastor of St. Francis de Sales in Riverside in 9/1993 after he was accused of sexual misconduct with a minor in in 1/1993. Placed on leave. Police began an investigation, which was soon dropped. Went to the Helsinki, Finland diocese. Moved to Sweden in 2003, worked with a Vietnamese Mission. Returned to Norway in 8/2004, then to the U.S. in 2005, per a bio on the “Den katolske kirke” website. Included on the San Bernardino diocese’s list if credibly accused 10/9/2018.
