One of 21 priests placed on administrative leave by the Philadelphia archdiocese 3/7/11 pending investigation of credible allegations involving sexual abuse or inappropriate behavior with minors. Last assignment was as director of the Offices of Closures and Special Projects. Cleared in 12/13 by the Archdiocese to return to previous position after Review Board could not substantiate allegations.
