Fr. Aloysius J. McMahon
Named publicly as accused by the Archdiocese on its list 11/30/2018. It notes a report to the Archdiocese in 1998 of abuse (“disputed”) of two 1970-1975. Its list updated 3/1/2019 notes a report in 2019 of abuse. McMahon retired in 1997 and died in 2011. Per the NE Attorney General’s report in 11/2021, there are at least three known victims, all male, ages 9-22, abused in the 1970s.
