Fr. Peter H. Luque
Monsignor. Placed on leave in 4/2002 due to old allegations of sexual abuse. Luque’s name was included on a list of 20 priests turned over to police in 4/2002. Criminally in charged in 04/2003 with sexually assaulting two teenage boys from 6/1963-2/1969. The charges were dismissed in 7/2003 after a Supreme Court ruling regarding the statute of limitations. A civil was suit filed in 12/2003. Luque’s name was included on a list of credibly accused released by the San Diego diocese in 3/2007. Died in 2013.
