Fr. Anthony J. Laurano
Retired in 1995. Sued. Placed on leave in 2002. Accused of abuse of a boy in 1991. Indicted on two counts of child rape in 2005. Also accused of abuse of a mentally disabled man and, in 1970, the abuse of a 25-year-old seminarian. Involuntary laicization announced in 3/2007. Died 5/27/2007 just prior to criminal trial. Name included on the archdiocese’s list in 8/2011.
