Arrested in 12/18 on charges of child sexual abuse after allegations he inappropriately touched a 10-year-old girl at a school in 9/18. Assigned to St. Joseph’s in Bronxville at the time. Removed. Indicted in 3/19. Pled not guilty. Charges dropped 9/19; per prosecutors, unable to prove wrongdoing beyond a reasonable doubt. Pastor of St. Gregory’s in Garnerville 2008-10, assigned to St. Ann’s in Dongan Hills 2010-11. In 2011 pled guitly to stealing $25,000 from St. Gregory’s. Sentence to five years’ probation and ordered to undergo treatment for gambling and substance abuse. Per news, assigned to St. Patrick’s in Yorktown Heights 2011-17, Sacred Heart in Monroe 2017, then St. Joseph’s in 7/18.
