Fr. William Armstrong Kraft
Monsignor. Accused of abuse of several boys and at least one girl 1953-1970s. One civil suit settled in 2001 for $250K. Numerous civil suits were filed in 2003. Retired in 1991. Died in 2001. The first suit involved allegations of abuse of a boy for five years beginning in 1969. Included on list of priests released by San Diego diocese in 3/2007. Claims settled in 9/2007 as part of a massive $198.1M settlement. Personnel file released 10/25/2010.
