Monsignor. Named publicly as accused by the archdiocese on its list 4/24/2019. Allegation received in 2017 of sex abuse in the early 1980s. Army chaplain 1941-1967, parish priest. Pastor of St. Mary’s in Pylesville 1968-1985. Retired in 1985. Died in 1999. Included in the MD Attorney General’s Report 4/5/2023. It notes that the Diocese was informed in 1982 Kenny French kissed an adult woman without her consent, then did the same thing with her 16-year-old daughter, greatly upsetting the daughter.
