Fr. Carleton Parker Jones
Accused in a lawsuit filed under the NY Child Victims Act in 8/2019 of molesting an 8-year-old boy about 30 years prior, while assigned to St. Catherine of Siena in NYC. The alleged victim first came forward in 9/2018. The Dominicans’ Province of St. Joseph deemed the allegation not credible. Jones was Episcopal priest prior to converting in 1982 to Catholicism. Worked as a Dominican in New York, NY; Columbus, OH; New Haven, CT; Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC.
