Fr. Harold Jochem
A man filed a civil suit in 6/2004 alleging abuse 1974-1978 by Jochem and another Franciscan friar, Jeffrey Salwach, at St. Jude’s in New Lenox. Per the suit, the two priests forced the boy to engage in group sex, smoke marijuana and drink alcohol. Jochem died in 1993.
