Fr. William H. Jameson
Name also spelled Jamison. Included in the 4/5/2023 MD Attorney General’s Report. Report to the Archdiocese in 2007 from a woman that she was sexually abused by Jameson at age 13 in 1942, at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Baltimore. Jameson moved in the mid-1940s to the Archdiocese of Washington DC and then to the Diocese of Joliet IL. The Official Catholic Directory shows Jameson as Absent on Leave from the Joliet diocese 1962-1972, then as retired for one year. Newspaper notices 1966-1969 show him as assigned to St. Anthony in Questa, NM in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, although he is not listed as there in the Directory. He died in 1973.
