Fr. Eugene P. Heyndricks
Arrested 7/02 in male prostitution sting allegedly involving minors. Placed on leave by archdiocese. Pled guilty 2003. Sentenced to two years probation with no unsupervised contact with minors. Remained on leave as of 5/03. Apparently lived without restrictions at St. John Vianney Residence for Retired Priests in Rutherford, NJ for several years until his death 12/24/07. On archdiocese’s list 2/13/19. Multiple victims noted. Suit filed in 1/20 by a man claiming Heyndricks abused him at age 14 in 1990, when he was an Our Lady of the Lake student and altar boy.
