Monsignor. Placed on leave 8/08 from Saint Charles Borromeo Parish after allegations surfaced of sex abuse of a minor in late 1980s. Second allegation reported to the DA’s office during initial investigation. By 9/20/08, 8 more accusers had come forward. No criminal charges due to SOL. Harris denied all allegations. Resigned from parish in 9/10 and was permanently removed from active priesthood. Sentenced to life of prayer and penance 1/12 by Vatican. On archdiocese’s list 4/26/19.
