Br. Gabriel Guerrero
Worked in MN, IN, NE, NY, AZ. Removed from work with minors in 1990. At least one claim included in a 2/2009 settlement with the Crosiers and nine accusers in MN. Accused of abuse of two 1973-1975. Assigned to Phoenix in 2000. Removed from public ministry in AZ in 2002, later placed under restrictions. Allegations were at least 15 years old. Name included on the Crosiers list released 3/8/2014, noting Guerrero was retired and living under a safety plan. Named in new suit in 7/2015. Per the Order’s list in 12/2023, Guerrero died 12/5/2023.
