Placed on leave and then arrested in 8/2007 for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15- or 16-year -old boy in 7/2007. Later released on bail. Was assigned to Saint Hedwig’s as pastor at the time of the alleged abuse. Re-arrested 9/22/2007 for attempting to contact the teenager by phone. Criminal trial started 1/2009. Grant denied all allegations during trial testimony. Jury found him not guilty 1/16/2009.
