Arrived in the Archdiocese of Portland in 10/2020, assigned to St. Peter and St. Mark in Eugene. Transferred to St. Mary’s in Eugene, then to St. Pius X in Portland. Reportedly in 10/2024, parishioners were informed via email on 6/27/2024 that Gracias was returning to India to face allegations of sexual misconduct with children.
