Accused in a lawsuit filed in 8/2020 of sexually abusing a girl, age 13 or 14, in the early 1980s while pastor of St. Francis de Paula in Tularosa. (The parish was part of the El Paso diocese at the time of the alleged abuse.) Included on the Las Cruces diocese’s list of credibly accused.
