Fr. Donald J. Evrard
Removed as chaplain at St. Vincent Hospital in 1998 after allegations that he sexually abused a young girl for 4 years, beginning when she was 5 years old in 1974. Evrard’s accuser reached a confidential settlement with the Archdiocese in 12/1997 for counseling and legal expenses. Evrard is included on the Archdiocese’s 10/12/2018 list of credibly accused, which notes five victims, allegedly abused in 1977 and 1985. Evrard died in 12/27/2008.
