Doolan admitted to the abuse. Worked 1957-1960 and 1965-1973 in Chuuk, Micronesia, in NYC 1974-1976 and in Auriesville, NY 1973-2002. He was “impeded” in 2006 and died 5/5/2008. (Placing him in the NY archdiocese in this database, where the Province is located.)
