Br. Fabian. Joined the Xaverians in 1939. Died in 1975. Named publicly as accused by the order on its list 7/12/2019. Allegation reported in 1995 of abuse in Baltimore in 1945. Included on the Baltimore archdiocese’s list 7/23/2019. Included in the 4/5/2023 MD Attorney General’s Report. It notes that the 1995 report was from a man who said Fabian several other Xaverian Brothers at St. Mary’s Industrial School sexually abused him, including rape, when he was age 13-16, beginning in 1945. He said a Passionist priest also sexually abused him at the school.
