Fr. Martin H. Demek
Pastor since 2010 of Corpus Christi in Baltimore when suspended in 4/2021 due to an allegation that he sexually abused a child during 1989-1994, beginning when the child was age 11. Demek was pastor of St. Bartholomew’s in Manchester, MD during the time of the alleged abuse. The allegation had been received in 1/2021. Demek denied the charges. Returned to ministry in 4/2022 after the Archdiocese deemed the allegations unsubstantiated.
