Fr. Ronald E. Corriveau
Placed on leave in 3/2002 when first allegations surfaced. Civil suit filed in 5/2002. Plaintiff said he was one of several minors drinking at party at Corriveau’s rectory in 2/1982 and that he passed out and woke to find Corriveau fondling him. Suit settled in summer 2002. Police investigated Corriveau in 2003 for possession of internet pornography. At least one claim included in a 11/2002 $5M settlement involving 62 claims. Laicization announced in 6/2005. Included on the Diocese’s list in 2019.
