Fr. Alfred J. Constant
Monsignor. Two lawsuits were filed in 5/2002 with accusations that Constant sexually assaulted a girl 1945-1948 and a boy 1959-1962. Name first appeared with eight others on the Diocese’s list in 5/2002. At least one claim was included in 11/2002 $5M settlement involving 62 victims and 28 priests. Died in 1973.
