Fr. Nicholas Cigrand
A man filed suit in 2004 alleging abuse 1965-1968 when he was an altar boy. Archdiocese did not consider accusations true. The lawsuit was dismissed on motion for summary judgment. Iowa Supreme Court rejected the plaintiff’s appeal in 4/2007. Cigrand died in 1976.
