Known first to have been accused by a man in 2002. Accused in 2005 of abuse in 1980s by three people. Went on “voluntary” leave in 2005. Retired in 2006 after Church decided to try him. First accuser settled 4/06 for $50,000. Two others also settled. Privileges withdrawn. Last known to be living without restrictions at St. John Vianney Residence for Retired Priests in Rutherford, NJ. On archdiocese’s list 2/13/19. Permanently removed from ministry.
