Sued in 2003. Accused of abuse of a girl in 1972 at University High School. ‘Retired’ just about the time the allegations became public. Had been working in Reno, Nevada for years but was still part of San Bernardino diocese when he retired. Reportedly in 2006 he was “no longer in the ministry.”
