Fr. Robert C. Broome
Named publicly as accused by the Jesuits Midwest Province on its list 12/17/2018. Joined the order in 1930. Subject of a single allegation of abuse, occurring while assigned to St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland in 1956, reported after his death. Broome died 4/17/2000. Included on the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s list in 1/2020. Included in the IL Attorney General’s Report 5/23/2023; assigned to St. Ignatius College Prep Chicago 1949-1956.
