Fr. Louis A. Bonacci
Allegation received in 4/2011 that Bonacci improperly touched a minor in a family home 1978-1982 when he was assistant director of campus ministry at Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. During the investigation a second accuser was located. Removed in 4/2011 from assignment in Scranton and, in 6/2011, was permanently removed from active ministry by his order. Left the Jesuits in 2014. On the Scranton diocese’s list in 8/2018; assigned there 2003-2011. On Wheeling-Charleston diocese’s list in late 2018, where he was Wheeling Jesuit University campus minister 6/1999-2003. On the MD Province Jesuits’ and the Baltimore archdiocese’s lists in 12/2018. On the Charlotte diocese’s list 12/29/2019. On Cincinnati’s list in 1/2020. Included in the 4/5/2023 MD Attorney General’s Report.
