Fr. Harry J. Barton
Named publicly as accused by the Jesuits Midwest Province on its list 12/17/2018. A single allegation noted, occurring while assigned to St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago 1956-1957. Barton died 2/16/1988. The allegation was reported after his death. Included in 1/2020 on the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s list, where he had been assigned. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report.
