Named publicly as accused in the 4/5/2023 MD Attorney General’s Report. Ordained in Philadelphia. Worked in Washington DC, then in MD beginning in 1929 after a one-year leave of absence. Sick leave 1950-1951. Retired to West Palm Beach FL in 1968. Died in 1979. Report in 1995 to the Archdiocese of Baltimore that Mountain sexually abused a boy, ages 11-13, during 1941-1943, and again 1945-1949 when the boy was 15-17. The abuse included rape.
