Fr. Nicholas Reina
Named publicly as accused on the Los Angeles Archdiocese’s updated list 12/6/2018 which notes it received a report in 2018 of incident(s) in 2000. Removed from ministry in 2018. The Salesians reportedly had received an allegation in 2000 that Reina molested a child in 1975, prior to ordination. In 2012 an adult told the order Reina made an “improper advance” toward him in 2000. In 2013 Reina was awarded Salesian High School in Richmond’s Educator of the Year.
