In 11/19 attorney Mitchell Garabedian announced he was preparing to file a lawsuit claiming that Mark, along with then Rev. and later Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio, repeatedly sexually abused an altar boy at St. Nicholas church and school in Jersey City in the mid-1970s.
