Fr. James L. Liberty
Accused of abuse of an 18-year-old girl in the 1980s. He was working as a marriage and family counselor with Catholic Family Services in Norwich at the time of the alleged abuse. She had gone to him for counseling after the death of her brother. Liberty died in 7/1995.
