Fr. John Francis Keane
From Ireland. Worked in the archdiocese 1957-1961, in six parishes. Police report in Keane’s file from 1957, accused of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl. No charges. Dismissed from the archdiocese in 1961 after found wearing a dress in a parish school’s women’s restroom. Sent to Ireland for treatment. Continued in ministry in Ireland and Great Britain. Died in 2001.
